EVENT REQUEST FORMS

WE HAVE FOUR DIFFERENT EVENT REQUEST FORMS TO MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU DEPENDING ON WHAT YOUR EVENT IS. 

Please fill out a Tier 1 Request Form if you’re putting on a large event for the whole church and the community. Tier 1 events are almost exclusively for outreach (e.g. Trunk or Treat, Christmas, Easter, Community Events, etc.). They get seven weeks of marketing.

Please fill out a Tier 2 Request Form if you’re putting on an event for most, if not all, of the congregation (e.g. Tribes, Meet Ups, Ministry Fairs, Outreach Opportunities, etc.). These get four or five weeks of marketing.

Please fill out a Tier 3 Request Form if you’re putting on an event for a smaller demographic of the congregation (e.g. students, kids, men, women, parents, or a specific ministry like Worship, etc.). These get three weeks of marketing.

Please fill out a Room Reservation Form if you’re just requesting a room for a meeting, Tribe, or third-party event and will not require any marketing.
