Director of Children
Primary Purpose:
To lead all ministries serving children from birth through pre-teens, ensuring a spiritually enriching, safe, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimated Weekly Time Commitment: 4–6 hours

- Oversee Children’s Church, VBS, and other children’s events
- Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for children’s ministries
- Partner with parents for spiritual development at home
- Ensure all safety protocols and background checks are up to date
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum and worship experiences

Director of Congregational Care
Primary Purpose:
To lead the church in providing emotional, spiritual, and practical care to its members, particularly in times of need or crisis.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate counseling support and referrals
- Manage funeral care and bereavement ministry
- Organize visitations for the sick and shut-in
- Train lay leaders and elders for caregiving ministry
- Maintain records and communication for care needs

Director of Assimilation (New Members)
Primary Purpose:
To ensure that every guest, new believer, and returning member feels welcomed, connected, and integrated into the life of the church.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee new member orientation, onboarding, and discipleship pathways
- Develop connection systems from first visit to active engagement
- Train and lead connection teams (e.g., follow-up, guest care)
- Track data and trends to improve member retention
- Collaborate with ministries to provide next steps for involvement

Director of Worship & Arts
Primary Purpose:
To lead and curate transformative worship experiences that are Spirit-led, theologically sound, and creatively excellent.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all aspects of corporate worship, including music, stage design, and flow
- Recruit and train musicians, singers, ushers, greeters, and stage managers
- Schedule and support praise teams, choirs, and creative artists
- Foster a culture of excellence and spiritual integrity among worship leaders
- Work closely with production and pastoral teams to align themes

Director of Production
Primary Purpose:
To oversee the technical execution of all worship and church events, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency in visual and audio presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
